His ultimate passion is to see each believer reach their full potential In Christ.
Over the last 20 years, God has given Derrick natural & spiritual keys to unlock the greatness in his own life and he now uses these keys to develop
champions for Christ.

Ashley has been ministering to the body of Christ for nearly 2 decades. Leading small groups, prayer meetings, bible studies, evangelism training, and much more. She became a certified personal trainer in 2016 after the Lord spoke to her to start a fitness business for women. She soon discovered the need for Christian women to be
coached on how to rise into a warrior-like
mentality and be aggressive with their use of scripture against the
challenges of their daily lives.
Ashley is also a triathlete. As she completed her 1st race the Holy Spirit whispered again and again to her heart "Take them with you, take them with you.” He was referring to His people. He was telling her to bring them along with her on her journey towards building great strength, health, and wellness, physically but also spiritually,
mentally and emotionally.
Ashley is a trainer to the body of Christ coaching others on how to
persevere towards the calling of God.
